Xpediator Plc supported by CEE Attorneys appeared on AIM – sub-market of London Stock Exchange

For over a year Radu Boanta and Nicolae Ursu, Partners of CEE Attorneys office in Bucharest, Romania supported by Simona Gheorghe, Managing Associate, have provided a comprehensive legal assistance during the process of initial public offering (IPO) of Xpediator Plc’s shares on AIM – Alternative Investment Market – the sub–market of the London Stock Exchange.

With the support of CEE Attorneys Xpediator Group – the controlling company of Delamode, Pall-Ex and Affinity brands, a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Moldova), which now employs more than 600 people – was admitted to trading of 11 August 2017 and has raised 5 million GBP as part of the float. The firm will have a market capitalisation of GBP 24.2 million. Xpediator is now focused to use proceeds from IPO for M&A transaction and to accelerate growth plans, according to Stephen Blyth’s statements (Xpediator CEO).
