Less than 3 months have passed since CEE Attorneys has opened the new office in Riga, Latvia. Now the time is ripe to step into the Asian market. First destination – India.
Let us introduce our new Cooperating Office – MAHESHWARI & CO. Maheshwari and Co. is a full-service law firm with a PAN India presence, headquartered at New Delhi with branch offices in Mumbai and Lucknow and network offices at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata and Goa. The law firm consists of 20 experienced, dynamic, enterprising and innovative legal experts having outstanding academic and professional records.
The general concept of the cooperation establish gaining new investors from Asia as well as assuring CEEA Clients with legal services in India and providing Maheshwari’s with legal services on the relevant markets of CEE Attorneys presence. What is more, the agreement establish the Lawyer Exchange Program. It means that the lawyers will be sent for short secondments in order to increase the flow of work between the Offices, gain new experiances, develop know-how and business development activities as well as support the Cooperating Office by providing legal services on business cases.
In the middle of October Zdeněk Tomiček, Director of Expansion and the Founding Partner of our law firm together with Andrzej Szmigiel, Partner of CEE Attorneys office in Warsaw and a Member of Board of Directors, are going to visit the Maheshwari and Co. in New Delhi. Plan of the visit contains the official re-signing of the contract associated with the event organized by both offices. The aim of the event is to inform Maheshwari’s Clients about the partnership and present the business opportunities in CEEA region.
Why India? Think big – that is what matters most. Next goal to achieve – China. Why? Because why not.
