The international law firm CEE Attorneys will expand with a new member on September 1, 2020 – the Croatian law firm Marohnić, Tomek & Gjoić.
The law firm Marohnić, Tomek & Gjoić based in Zagreb was founded in 2016 by three leading partners Josip Marohnić, Tena Tomek and Tonka Gjoić Tomić. The team of the law firm focuses on legal advice in the field of M&A, corporate law, banking and finance, energy and infrastructure. In addition to advising the Ministry of the Environment and Energy and the European Commission, the office has also been involved in many public sector transactions in connection with the European Structural and Investment Funds.
