Ioana Palenciuc

Ioana is particularly specialized in general civil and commercial law, public law – administrative contentious law, with important practice in litigation deriving from public procurement agreements, insolvency and enforcement procedures and also debt recovery disputes. Due to the secondment program within a top ranked bank in Romania, she gained important experience in consumer law with regard to banking and payment services, employment law, recovery of debts and real estate law (related to land book registrations following a major assignment of receivables). During her first years of experience, she was part of the specialized teams for tax law and insolvency proceedings of the law firms she collaborated with.
