Iulia Stanciulescu-Ilie
Iulia Stanciulescu-Ilie is our litigation Partner of CEE Attorneys office in Bucharest.
Iulia is particularly specialised in general civil and commercial law, public law – administrative contentious law, foreclosure procedures and debt recovery disputes and also in arbitration cases. Due to her experience as a judge she also specializes in legal procedures targeting the restitution of abusively nationalized/expropriated goods, obtaining important favorable solutions in courts of law, including in front of the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg. Furthermore, she followed a secondment program in a top ranked bank in Romania, while providing it with legal assistance and representation for aspects regarding consumer law, employment, debt recovery (special project for the recovery of nonperforming loans) and real estate law (concerning the rejections of the land book registry for registering a major assignment of receivables).
