Oksana Kostogriz

Oksana has over 13 years of experience in various positions within the biggest corporate Group in Lithuania: she was Head of Legal, Board Member, and CEO handling legal and business matters in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Sweden and other countries. She also has experience in setting up corporate and financial structures for major financing and investment projects, negotiating complex transaction and leading multifunctional teams in complex projects.

Combining her legal knowledge and managerial experience, she is able to provide exclusive competence in the following areas:

• M&A advisory: structuring, negotiations, project management and execution, all legal documentation as well as preparation of business for transfer
• Financing transactions: credit/loan agreements, syndicated loan agreements under local law and LMA standard, subordinated agreements, bonds, state-provided financing, etc.;
• Corporate law and corporate governance (she has been involved in corporate restructuring, updating corporate governance according to business needs and regulations, major business transformations after regulatory changes, setting up investment structures, major M&A transactions structuring)
• Strategic advice on risk management and business development in regulated markets
• Commercial law and market practices in retail sectors (supply, marketing, distribution, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, compliance)
