Lawyer in M&A – Romanian Office
CEE Attorneys – Boanta, Gidei & Associates S.C.P. recruits corporate/M&A lawyer
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS of the candidate:
- 3 – 5 years post admission experience at a recognized business law firm
- member of Romanian Bar
- law degree from a leading university
- exposure to sophisticated corporate / M&A projects
- ability to communicate and negotiate, rigorous legal reasoning
- good knowledge of English language. Knowing another language of international circulation is an asset
- ability to draft legal documents in a coherent, structured manner and using appropriate legal wording
- excellent organizational skills
- PC operating skills and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
